WORK SUPERVISOR’S REMARKS:

On Intern’s Strengths:

The intern has shown the ability to adapt the work environment and nature of
work in the office and in the field of research. She managed to work well with other
researchers. She has no problem with regard to time management. Rules and regulations
in the office and ethical standards in field research were diligently followed. In case of
doubts to the tasked given, she will inquire from co-researchers, colleagues, and to the
immediate heads and to make sure she was able to get things right. Ms. Camaymayan’s
attentiveness and resourcefulness are the ultimate strengths for her to complete the task
assigned to her.

On Intern’s Limitations (for Improvement):

At first, the intern has the difficult time to blend with other researchers. She also
experienced challenges in approaching and talking to the respondents. Perhaps, the intern
was her first exposure to the field research. however, she was able to manage and made
necessary adjustments in dealing with people from co-researchers and to the respondents.

Based on your evaluation, please give a FINAL GRADE for the intern: 1.0

(Note: Highest possible grade is 1.0 and lowest passing grade is 3.0)
