Explain that knowing oneself can make a person accept his/her strengths and
imitation and dealing with other better.

I. Objectives:
At the end of the session the learner should be able to:
a. Recognize oneself in accepting his/her strengths and limitation and dealing
with other better;
b. Appreciate the importance of self-awareness; and,
c. Create a personal list of strengths and weaknesses.

1. Activity
The student will answer the prepared Self-Concept Inventory.
2. Analysis
Identify something in life you really want to change but cannot.
3. Abstraction
The acceptance of one’s emotions, thoughts, behaviors, problems and
opportunities.
4. Application
Write the beginning of the learner’s journey of self-discovery.
IV. Assessment/Evaluation
The students are instructed to write an essay about the “selves” relates to self-
concept and self-strength and weakness.
