That for and in consideration of the sum of TWO MILLION AND FIVE
HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P2,500,000.00), Philippine Currency,
receipt of which in full is hereby acknowledged , I do hereby sell, transfer,
and convey unto and in favor of NEON C. BELDIA, Filipino, of legal age,
married, and a resident of San Isidro, Koronadal City.

I do hereby warrant to defend the peaceful ownership and possession

of the said property by the said vendee from any and all adverse claims of
any person or party whatsoever.
