PART 1:
Vitamin A is found in egg-yolk. In a well-fed, healthy human being, the liver
can store up sufficient Vitamin A to meet the body’s requirements for six
months. Vitamin A and carotene are insoluable in water and they are not
destroyed by heat unless oxygen is present. This vitamin keeps the surfaces
liming the digestive canal, the lungs and air passages healthy. Some of the
most common disorders are caused by the shortage of Vitamin, when the
tissues become uncontrollable.
PART 2:
The bar chart below illustrates the percentage of male and female in the six
different types of education in the UK in 2010.
Overall, women were very interested in the field of nursery scholl and primary
one while men showed much more excitement in university and college.
There was 99% of women who taught in nursery school while men had just
nearly 5 % of the total. The similar thing also happened to the primary
school ,that women showed their care and priority with the percentage of
nearly 90%. These are two only categories that women had a chance to be
prominent over men.
However, with college and university, men had provided a significant number
of teachers with 60% and 70% respectively while women had just nearly 10
%also. When the high quality of education is required, men seemed to perform
better especially before. But today, everything has been changed, we are
equal!
PART 3:
Technology has changed a lot of things in traditional skills that have caused
many concerns in local people in Viet Nam. So we have to save them as soon
as possible.
On the first hand, technology has improved the number of other inventions
that are so beneficial to human’s healthy. However, they also make us forget
our origin and also future. We spend most of time playing games, watching
television sleep all the day. These are really harmful hobbies that should be
eliminated.
So what can we do to solve this problem? Firstly, we enourage student
students to do research about the traditions of their own local areas. We
organize competitions with attractive prizes to force the students to join in.
they have to improve their knowledge of their customs. We give punishments
to the ones who offended and looked down on traditional cultural values.
In a nutshell, I strongly believe that we should protect our own identities that
we can protect our survival also despite of how popularity and revolutionary
the technology has improved.
