private equity, general insurance broking etc.
* It has more than 17,000 employees, ABCL has a nationwide reach and more
than 2,00,000 agents / channel partners
* overview of how the work will goes on for these three months of our internship.
And rules and regulations about the company how to be punctual in the company.
*explaining about the parameters regarding life insurance like obligation, need
identification, why we need sales guy .
* for the obligation is the push or pull strategy that make towards customer to buy
the policy.
* need identification is the main role for the agent to find the target customer and
find the need of the customer to which they can buy the policy if they can which type of
policy they prefer.
*Sales guy is the main parameter for the insurance because they need to find the
need and wants of the customer in the direct sales, and for the sales guy relationship is the
most important parameter.
21/02/2019: Terminology terms of insurance industry
In these Underwriter decide the eligibility of the customer whether the customer
should take that policy or not for example by seeing the age, and income statement of the
customer.
Actuary decides the money to customer when he is eligible for such policy.
Level premium of the policy to the customer, and IRDA(Insurance Regulatory and
Development Authority of India). And the illustration of the insurance policy.
In these all they decides along to rules and regulations of the company.
In these how we can interact with customer to make more closing policies and how
we can do direct sales with the customer by face to face.
We had an activity session like our company guide had given a pen to sale it to our
behind friend to know how we are interact with the customers, from that interaction in learn
that firstly we need to see the pen is the need for the customer or not then after we can
interact with features of the pen.
Sir had put the quiz on Monday regarding the last week classes and activities for
the marks and it make me to learn more marketing terminology.
And the main activity for the insurance is the lead generation in the we can do it by
referrals, Advertising, Events, Online marketing, Personal contact.
In the referrals we can done with direct request, Partnership, Network development
and for advertisement we can done with newspapers, and events regarding the life insurance.
In these promise comes from the brand by some customers can come forward by
seeing the brand of the company.
In the picture the agent can explain to the customer in the clarity of the policy to be
infront of picture to the customer.
In the proof that all the customers wants the proof of the company by seeing the
reviews of the company
In the pitch how much of pitch of voice the agent can explain to the customer.
At last we learnt Ichamp application of the Aditya birla sunlife insurance by logging
the details of the customer and we learnt basic things.
Here we can enter the details of the customer and make the policy illustration hoe
much amount the customer want to pay with neat format.
Here we learnt about the pension policy of the Aditya Birla sunlife insurance and its
types regarding what is flexible to the customer.
Now a days many government sectors is not giving pension as well as private sectors
these is very useful for the customer who will not get the pension.
Here the protection plan of Aditya birla that makes the customer to be safe for the life
long. In these there are two types of protection plans
*BSLI Income shield
Here the childrens policy that makes for the children to protect the study or marriage
or life purpose.
In these we learnt about the savings plans and how it protect to the customer. In
these there are 9 types of savings with protection plans, There are
All these two plans we practiced in the Ichamp software and learn how it works to
which customer.
