People are Very active talking about who and what gender are using the bathroom, we

can hear it from sort of politicians talking and arguing some are parents, school boards
and media commentators talking about who can use a bathroom in Primary or
Secondary(K-12) school setting. Restroom is a very important part of an establishment
and it is very useful to people but also people are discussing on who specifically are the
one able to use male restrooms and/or female restrooms, many people are confused
because when an LGBTQ goes to the bathroom people are arguing where is the right
place to go is it with the girls or with the boys. (Eliperin &Brown,2016;Emma,2016;
Grinberg,2016; Porterfield, 2016;Scherer,2016;Yan,Ansari & Newsome,2016).

Bullying is a Hot Topic Nowadays, but how about if LGBTQ’s are one of the victims of
bullying?, These are the Observations of Some Researchers when a student is a part of
the LGBTQ community they are the ones being bullied because of their different status
and perspective living in the community. In the U.S LGBTQ youth face significantly more
violence and harassment from peers than straight, cisgender youth, both in general to
specific to their sexual orientation and/or gender identity (Institute of Medicine(U.S)
committee on LGBT health issues and Research Gaps and Opportunities,
(2011;Saewyc,Konishi,Rose and Homma, 2014;Taylor et al.,2011;Toomey,Mcguire, and
Russell,2012).
Because of That LGBTQ Youth’s experiences with harassment leads to student skipping
schools because they are frightened and afraid to be bullied for their safety concerns
they tend to absent instead of attending classes, and with that their grades they receive
are getting low.

LGBTQ youth consider School, Bathrooms, Locker Rooms as a unsafe place for them
because of the people judging them and saying they do not belong to those place
because they are different to straight peoples, as a result they avoid to go to those
specific places to also avoid bullying, and these concerns are also observed with the 923
trans youth who lived in Canada. (Veale et al.,2015; Beltramini 2007)

Schools are alarmed because of what is happening with LGBT in their school, with the
report they received regarding bullying and also they found out that students who got
low grades and who is attending the class often are youth who is a part of the LGBT
community.
In a research conducted they found out that some schools begin to implement programs
and policies aimed to protect and making schools safer for LGBT youth. (Goodenow,
Szalacha, and Westheimer,2006),

LGBTQ community in the U.S and Canada are considered as different even though they
are living with the straight’s they can’t avoid judgement and discrimination, and that is
because of different perspective they had, compare to straights they have different
mindset, but they want to have equal rights of what straights have, they do not want to
be under the straights and straights doesn’t want to have the LGBTQ to have special
treatment; and with that problem happens, people sees different perspective regarding
the treatment to LGBTQ, some are treating LGBT as Aliens of The Community because of
what they see in them, people bully them and discriminate, and some are degrading
their rights, and some are treating them right they accept them as what they are and
what they feel about their gender they give respect to them because they are not doing
anything wrong they are just being true to their self.

One hot topic about LGBTQ is their use of Restrooms/Bathrooms or any facilities
separating boy to girl, and it is a topic specially on a debate in the
U.S Supreme Court. Central to the discussions are the rights of sexual and gender
minority youth, yet to date their voices have not been heard from directly, or have been
overshadowed by parents, policy-makers and other adults(Emma 2016).
