We, Arojado, Rojell Saine O., Espiña, Jessa Mae P., Nillo, Mark Ezykiel B., Reyes, John
Russell D., and Zaldivar, Christian Ian B. Jr., are graduating students under Bachelor
of Science in Computer Engineering program of the University of Perpetual Help System
Laguna this Academic Year 2019-2020.
Kami ay sina , Arojado, Rojell Saine O., Espiña, Jessa Mae P., Nillo, Mark Ezykiel B., Reyes,
John Russell D., and Zaldivar, Christian Ian B. Jr.., mga magtatapos na mag-aaral sa ilalim
ng programang Batsilyer ng Agham sa Inhinyeriyang Kompyuter ng University of Perpetual
Help System Laguna ngayong Panuruang Taon 2019-2020.

We would like to request permission to allow the Dentist to snap an image of your teeth
while undergoing a Denture Checkup to be used in our design project that we will
develop, “SBC-Based Teeth Scanning and Segmentation System with Partial Denture
Simulation using Deep Convolutional Neural Network”. Your collaboration will help us
in evaluating the system for better results and future enhancement.
Nais naming mahingi ang inyong permiso na payagan ang Dentista na kumuha ng litrato ng
iyong mga ngipin habang sumasailalim sa isang Denture Checkup na gagamitin sa aming
disenyo ng proyekto na aming gagawin, “SBC-Based Teeth Scanning and Segmentation System
with Partial Denture Simulation using Deep Convolutional Neural Network”. Ang iyong
kolaborasyon ay makakatulong sa amin upang mabigyang pagsusuri ang sistema para sa mas
mabuting resulta at pagpapahusay sa hinaharap.
