Our team comprising of Rishiraj Pandey, Abhilekh Tiwari, Syed Fahad Saeed, Adhiraj
Singh Gurjar, Toseef Altaf Qureshi and Mohit Paliwal are planning to open CLAT
coaching class in the small cities where no coaching classes related to CLAT. We have
six major limbs in our coaching institute,.
So the name of our coaching is “ CLAT Mantra” the major post we have in our
coaching is the director/PO, Advertising and marketing head, knowledge head,
receptionist and typist, co director/ examination head and the faculty coordinator/ area
head. These post are taken care of by following members-

VISION & MISSION

The vision and the mission of our coaching is to provide education in the small cities
across the country and therefore we as faculties tries to start coaching with vision to
promote clat in these small cities where the students are not aware about the clat. It has
been observed by analyzing the recent clat results that the selected student in the
various and prestigious and eminent national and private university majorly from the
metropolis cites. We rarely find students from the small town and cities and under
privilege aspirant. Our aims to increase excess to the education and skill development
in small towns and cities so there can be representation in these cities as well in the
legal fraternity of the law schools.
OUR THREE YEAR PLAN
The major work we have to do in order to promote our coaching is to make students
aware of this coaching. Therefore, we have a three years plan to promote our
coaching-
the plan is as follows-
Firstly, we make a website Wherein we provide all the relevant information regarding
our coaching and courses we offered.
Secondly, we tie up with other established coaching of big cities for the courses and
study material.
Thirdly, we as faculty members visit different schools of the cities to aware students of
class 10th and 12th about the CLAT mantra. Our main focus is the student of 10 th and
12th class student so we specially arrange free demo classes to the student.
Fourthly, we also take lecture series with the principle and teachers of these schools so
as to bring clarity regarding our vision.

The vision as highlighted in the presentation is to cover the students of small cites in
order to do so we visits different schools of such cities to aware about CLAT and to
promote our coaching. The basic idea is to impart legal education. We will also tie up
with big coaching in order to gain the further knowledge about the course and
subjects. We have also tied up with schools in the cities where we start our coaching
so as to promote our coaching.
Fifthly, we will start our promotion programme 6 months before the starting of our
coaching classes.

Funding scheme
Firstly, each of the six members will contributing Rs. 2 lakhs for starting of coaching
classes.
Secondly, we had also registered in the www.indianangelinvestor.com for the
investment. We had submitted our ideas for that matter wherein if our idea is selected
we will provided with investment.
Thirdly, we had also registered in the PM MUDRA yojana. We had filled the online
forum for getting funds. We had filled form under kishor yojana wherein the 5 lakh
loan is provided by the government to new starts up.

Infrastructure
We plan to open CLAT mantra at prime location of these small cities therefore we
occuy land . initially the financial resources consists of resources gained from various
government for running startup, some loans and some personal financial resources.

6. Visiting faculties from various colleges and coaching institutes.
7. Interaction with previous year toppers.
8. All India Open Mock (once in a year).
Future Plan
Our future plan is that we will try and attract students from various prominent Law
Schools to frame different question of legal, logical reasoning, maths, English and
General knowledge for our study material. In turn, we will give these students stipends
for framing questions in our study materials.

1. We are taking a building on rent, the estimated cost of which is Rs. 50,000 per
month.

 Student Fees- Rs.30,000 per year per student.

Faculties
We, at ClatMantra will hire faculties for various subjects like logical reasoning, maths
and G.K. Our aim would be to hire faculties who are themselves preparing for
competitive exams like U.P.S.C. so that while teaching they are also able to revise
their course for competitive exams. Also two of the courses i.e. Legal and English will
be taught by our Director and One of our team member i.e. Mr. Adhiraj respectively.

 Tentative salary of Faculties- Rs.22,000 per month.

 Total expense of hiring faculties- Rs. 66,000 per month.
