This has reference to the discussion the undersigned had with your good self
regarding the above subject for which we are pleased to submit our Offer for 1000
LPH Reverse Osmosis System. We are responsible for supply, installation;
commissioning & providing after Sales-Service back up of all range of products.

As per the requirement and taking the Raw Water Analysis & the TDS at 600 ppm, the
plant will produce 1000 LPH with a recovery of 50%. We shall give you a Product
water of RO Plant which shall have the TDS LEVEL OF LESS THAN 10 PPM. The
Product water is subjected to pH & LSI correction in order to attain the desired
quality of water.

Our plant is mounted on heavy duty SS frame,necessary instruments that will

monitor the product quality, safety measures and enhance the life of the system. The
system has been designed for eased operation & maintenance and has been
equipped with safety features to minimize the damage due to man – machine
interface errors. This RO unit is skid mounted and can be moved from one place to
another.

Terms and Conditions

1. Delivery: The delivery period is approx 10 – 15 days with confirming
order with advance.
2. Payment Schedule : After confirmation of order 75%, after installation
25%
3. GST: GST will be extra.
4. Cancellation: Order once placed will not be cancelled and adjusted for
any reason whatsoever. In case the order is cancelled the entire amount
will be forfeited.
5. Maintenance: Regular maintenance is part of customer’s responsibility.
In case of repair our technical team will assist.
6. Requirements: Physical requirements like inlet water supply, electric
supply, plumbing and other basic amenities.
7. This quotation included transportation and installation.
8. Validity: The quotation valid till 30 days from the date hereof.
9. Jurisdiction: Subjected to Bangalore jurisdiction only.

BASIS OF DESIGN

1. PLANT INTRODUCTION:

Water Treatment scheme is designed to produce product water at the flow rate
of 1000 LPH based on Reverse Osmosis Technology.
Note: The proposed water treatment system can even work continuously for 8-
9 Hrs per day leaving aside 0.5 – 1 Hrs for the recommended Backwashing of
the Filtration system.
