Ian started strong and ended even stronger. I am impressed with his progress. He would be a welcome addition to any staff.

Comments: Next Steps


We have some noisy, chatty classes here at Forest View and they prove challenging for many of our current staff members. Ian has
applied many of the classroom management strategies that we have discussed, but being more firm with some classes would be
beneficial.
