Sushimaki is a business in japan that sell Japanese food and it’s very famous and spread
worldwide. Sushimaki will be located in University of Perpetual Help System Laguna-Isabela

Historical Background
The first sushi wasn’t began in japan it came first in Thailand, china, Vietnam, Cambodia and
Laos.
It’s safer to say that Southeast Asia is the birthplace of sushi.
In 7th – 14th century china prefer red meat than fish that’s why its popularity disappeared in
China.
The original name of sushi is Nerezushi
Sushi is started as a method of preserving food for a long time, Japanese back then kept under a
rock for 3 days.
In 18th century sushi is so special for Japanese people that the government accept it for tax
payment.
Originally, sushi rice was never eaten, until they invented vinegar which helps preserves the rice.
Nori – the seaweed used to wrap sushi – was one scraped off of wooden pier legs and even the
undersides of boats. Lucky for us because today nori is cultivated and farmed for safety reason.
Sushimaki is a start – up business located along UPHS Minante II Cauayan. Sushimaki was
established in January 2020. It is owned by ABM students. Sushimaki offered delicious and tasty
sushi with a reasonable price. Sushimaki will be involved in delivery services so sushi can be
enjoyed everywhere in the campus. Want a sushi? Eat sushimaki!!!!!
Product
Sushi is a traditional Japanese food consisting of a steam – cooked rice ball combined with raw
fish slices and tuna sashimi is an essential item in Japanese restaurants. Special vinegar is mixed
with cooked sushi rice. A special bamboo mat is used and nori is wrapped around the rice and
fillings such as omelette or cucumber. The variety ingredients is seafood, vegetables, and fruits
and the black seaweed wrapper used in makimono is called nori. Nori is a types of algae
traditionally cultivated in the harbour of japan.
