Each student is required to complete TWO written ARTventure assignments during the course of this
class. The first is due Friday, October 25th The second is due Friday, April 3rd
Each assignment is worth 100pts and can represent at least one letter grade. For example if you have an
A in the class it can go down to a B without the completed assignment.

YOU HAVE WEEKS TO COMPLETE THE ASSIGNMENT. IT CANNOT BE TURNED IN LATE!

Since the assignment is given far in advance, the assignment is expected to be turned in on the due date.
Zero points are given if turned in late.

On the back of this page there are several options for completing the ARTventure assignment. There are
many free options. Activities and events will be announced in class frequently.
The activities or events must be attended during spring semester, after the assignment was given, not
before. For Example:
1. Jane attended an art exhibit opening in Jackson Hole during her summer vacation. Can she use
this as her ARTventure assignment? The answer is no. It happened before the school year and
before the assignment was given.
2. Jane attended a local art gallery over fall break. Can she use this as her ARTVenture assignment?
