Company Profile Description


PT. LITERASI BERKAH ABADI is a publishing company engaged in printing,
publishing, and distribution of books. Our company wants making books as a medium to
drive change, motivate, and improve the nation's intelligence. Especially the younger
generation, so they move to read.

A publishing company that publishes and markets books that are needed by the
public. Since its establishment in 2008, the company has published thousands of quality
books. Ranging from preschool to secondary education. Not to forget, it also publishes public
books that are provided to all readers.The age of this publisher has had an extensive
distribution network. Spread throughout the provinces and districts / cities in Indonesia.

With a desire to develop ourselves, we founded PT. Literasi Berkah Abadi. Book
publishing company, with a focus on publishing books that motivate, inspire and entertain the
book reader community in Indonesia. As a form of its responsibility, this publication also
seeks to participate in supporting government programs in an effort to advance national
education.
Organizational Structure of The Company

 President Director

Muhammad Fachriza Eipril : has an excellent leadership ability. In addition, he was able to
coordinate and control all forms of activities in the fields of financial administration, staffing
and secretarial affairs. And can take decisions, carry out duties and responsibilities properly.

 Director

Muhammad Riyadh Ilham : with the intelligence to regulate what he has, he is able to
determine and establish the procedures for the company's activities in each manager to
achieve the desired goals of the company. Besides its advantages in mastering Informatics
Engineering, it can develop the company to become more modern.

 Director of Finance

Nita : with his expertise in finance, he is able to become an operational supervisor on


corporate finance. And can provide accountability in every activity related to financial affairs.

 Director of Personnel

Muhammad Reza Rewaldhi : has a background as an active organization, he has the ability
in the field of labor and human resources, developing administrative staff in accordance with
their duties and functions.

 Manager

Muhammad Nurhadi : He is able to conduct direction (direction) which includes decision


making, wisdom, supervision, and making organizational and work designs. So that the
coordination system in the company can be implemented well.

B: Ya. Suasananya sangat santai dan saya memiliki sekelompok rekan kerja yang baik. Ada
campuran kebangsaan dan kita sering pergi keluar untuk makan malam atau minum setelah
bekerja. Setiap orang menggunakan nama depan .
A: Tidakkah kamu merasa sangat panas di sana?
B: Bangkok panas , ya, tapi kantornya sangat nyaman. Semua bangunan dan mobil ber-AC.
Saya tidak menyesal pindah .

Penghargaan Keuangan
A: Menurut kamu, jenis gaji apa yang harus kami tawarkan untuk pekerjaan manajer
penjualan yang baru di Almaty ?
B: Sulit dikatakan. Kami biasanya akan membayar $ 50.000 per tahun ditambah komisi
untuk pekerjaan dengan tanggung jawab ini, tetapi saya tidak tahu tentang biaya hidup di
Kazakhstan dan saya tidak tahu tentang tingkat gaji lokal .
