Sections 29(2)-Gi weavb †gvZv‡eK Kiv nBqvwQj :
(8) "Safe Importance" means the safe distance set forth in Rule
31;
(9) "Control center" (egulation station) means a gas transmission
line or a center established to control the pressure of a gas in a
distribution system;
(10) "Rights" means the rights set forth in Rule 34;
(11) "Director" means a person who, in the case of a pipeline or
its associated system, transports gas through the pipeline or who
manufactures or makes the pipeline and its associated systems,
either by itself or for the purpose of transporting it;
(12)"Operating pressure" means the pressure at which the gas
flows into the pipe line;

(13)"Chief Inspection" means Chief Inspector of Explosives in
Bangladesh;
(14.) "Pipe" means gas' pipe used for [transportation];
(15) "Pipe Gaseous" means any type of pipe or pipe similar to a
gas reservoir, or a plurality of interconnected pipes or reservoirs;
(16) "Distribution system means any distribution line, service
line or other related service;
(17) 1["Distribution line" means a pipeline that is used to supply
gas to the service line through a gas control center from the
transmission line or main distribution line;]
(18) "Bottled gas" means any bottled reservoir or
interconnection reservoir used for storage of gas only;
(19) "Person" includes any company, business organization,
statutory body or individual association;

OF Gas Engineers U.K.]
(21) "Bulk-valve" means a valve used to hold off the transport of
gas to a particular section of the pipe line;
(22) "Blow-down valve" means a valve through which a gas line,
a part of a pipeline, or any part thereof, may be emitted to reduce
the internal gas pressure;
1[23] "Main distribution line" means a distribution line which is
used to supply gas to one or more distribution lines through a gas
control center through a control line;
(24) "Relief valve" means a valve placed for emission of gas air
moles in the pipeline for the purpose of reducing excess pressure
if the gas pressure in a pipeline exceeds the permitted pressure;
(25) "License" means a license granted under Rule 86 (3);
(26) "Shut-off-valve" means a valve placed on a pipeline for the
purpose of shutting down the gas flow within a pipeline when
needed;
(27) "Conservation work" means any building or place used for
the residence or residence of people or livestock, or any place
where a combustible substance is stored; And shall include any
dock, ferry, railway, road and park, but shall not include any part
or place of gas installation;
(28) "Circulation line" means a pipe line through which gas is
transported to a main distribution line or distribution line, or
through which one or two connections between two or more
circulation lines can be maintained;
(29) "Service line" means a pipeline that extends from a
distribution line to a customer line, without a meter or meter;
(30) "Accepted" payments are accepted by the inspector.
Second paragraph: Materials, design and construction
1. Steel pipes, cast iron pipes, flexible iron pipes, plastic pipes, or
copper will be usable in the pipe line, if made to the accepted
standard.
2. Even if no steel pipe is known, it will be usable if the pipe
meets the American Code or British Code conditions as soon
as possible.
3. Formerly used cast iron pipe, flexible iron pipe or plastic pipe
may be used if-
(A) it is made to the recognized standard;
(B) It is generally seen that the pipe is intact and suitable for
the connection required; And
(C) It is removed from a pipe line whose internal gas pressure
level was within the proposed pipeline.
1[4A Removal or Reinstatement of Pipeline.- (1) Five) In case of
removal of the pipeline or abandoned pipeline and related
installations if no period of 5 years or beyond has been used, the
request shall be submitted to the Chief Inspector.
2. Upon receipt of the application referred to in sub-rule (1), the
Chief Inspector shall inspect the ground whether there is a
possibility of explosion or fire accident in taking the related
activities, give written permission or instruct the applicant to pay
the prescribed fee if further examination is required.
3. Upon receipt of the fee, the Chief Inspector shall inspect the
pipeline and enclosed enclosure (Confined space) with gas
inspection device, either through himself or some other explosive
inspector, and if the applicant's household activities are considered
safe for fire work (Hot Work) , the applicant will be considered free
of charge.
6. The design of the pipe .- (1) The thickness of the pipe vessel shall
be such that it will be able to withstand the outflow which may fall
on it after the pipe line is laid; Or if it is not of importance, additional
protective measures should be taken to protect it from the effects of
the extrusion.
