My name is Ritesh Verm . I belong to a nuclear family . In my family we are 6 members . My father owns phrmcy
business and my mother is a home maker . My brother and sister ,both are in Australia . Brother is in victoria
university and perusing his Mechanical Engineering . However, my sister is in Australian Catholic University (ACU)
perusing her B.Sc. (Nursing) .

I have recently completed my senior secondary education with aggregate 67.46% in 2019 from PSEB board (Punjb
School Eduction Bord) , However, I have completed my matriculation education with 8.4% CGPA in 2017 . After
completion of my senior secondary education , my brother and sister guided me a lot and helped me in choosing my
career as well .They also guided me about the study pattern of Australia and the value of gaining an international
experience .Moreover, My sister is also doing Nursing from Australia , so she also explained me the benefits of doing
nursing from Australia and whatever she told me that was as per her experience .So, after communication and all
the research that I have done under my sisters guidance , I decided to apply foreign for higher studies started
appearing for PTE exam.

the respective institute . like to get admission in SIBM student have to clear the entrance exam which is conducted
by the SIBM management. formerly the IIM Rohtk conducted BB 2019 enternce exm –IPM titude Test an entrance
examination in India for students who wish to study graduate and postgraduate mngement courses. Moreover , the
admission criteria is quite tough in these institutes. After completion of course from IIM Rohtk , institute also
provides 2 years full time course nd college lso provide pid internship.There are number of private colleges in India
but they are not providing the practical knowledge as per the required course. In India, to get admission in reputed
institute students have appear for competitive exam of the respective institute . The first and foremost reason for
choosing business nlytics in Australia rather than my home country , is that the technology used in India is not
updated .Moreover, the infrastructure of business mngement institutes is not as per required. There is a need to
make some developments in the infrastructure. In India students are not able to get the required knowledge as
compared to the international students . In mngement line , practical knowledge is very important , for which
updated machines are required , but due to their heavy cost ,private institutes are not to afford them as the public
institutes do , because in public institutes they funding is done by the government only .However, If in a case private
institute/universities able to afford the machines in that case they don’t have the experienced staff to use that
machines . On the other hand , in government sectors , they have the experienced staff , even in case they don’t
have they can appoint someone from some another government institute because they do have their tie-up’s .
