Instructions

1) Enter equipment information

2) Enter the date of the last calibration and the number of days until the
next calibration.

The date for the Next Calibration is calculated. When inserting new
rows, remember to copy the formula in this column.

3) Sort the table by the Next Calibration column

Conditional Formatting is used to highlight dates in the Next

Calibration that are over due.
