Registration form

- Modular Classification is the as Short Term Indicating Start Date and End Date
- Replace name of tab “Create” to “Register”
- Replace name of column “ID” into “Student ID No”.
- When opening as Read Only for selected students all controls must be disabled or Grayed.

Registration form>Create
- Automate Short Address
- Use Checkbox for Admission Credentials
o Selection as follows:
 TOR, FORM137, FORM138, TRANSFER CREDENTIALS, ALS CERTIFICATE
- Automate Student ID No. Format: {YYMMDDclientTypeSEQUENCE_NUMBER) – ex. 200214-1-0001
o First Six Digits refer as Date Registered
o 7th Digit refer to Client Type: 1 for New, 2 for Transferee
o Last Three Digits refer as Sequence Number Max 9999 and will reset to
0001 if reach to Max.

Student Enrollment Form


- At Grid Remove Total Payable column
- At Grid Replace name of column “ID” into “School ID”. Display School ID Data at Grid.
- Replace Tab label “Create” to “Enroll”

Student Enrollment Form>Create for College


o Remove ID label and its Textbox
o Label “Subject” change to “Description”
o add to the Grid: Day, Time, Room, Section, Instructor (Data will be inputted by the User)
o Add Option Button of Scholar or Non - Scholar
o Add Label & Textbox for Type of Scholarship (Data will be inputted by the User)

Fix Error/Problem:
- upon enrolling new student, dialog box appeared “The student is not yet evaluated” after loading details.

Student Information Form


- Search Student (ID number or Name)
- Generate Student's Short Info (ID No. Fullname, Gender, Age, DOB, status, contact number)
- Grid for Student's Subjects and Schedules
- Grid for Student's Subjects and Grades (Prelim)(Midterm)(Semi-Final)(Final)(Final Average)(Remarks)
- Schedules and Grades can be inputted/updated by Authorized personnel only.
