Floor conditions
• Wooden floor or raised computer floors are forbidden.
• The floor covering should be one that not attract dust, is easy to clean and doesn’t produce static
electricity (e.g. carpets should be avoided).
• No vinyl, carpet or similar covering should be used underneath the engine. The engine should
always be installed directly on a solid, concrete floor.
• The floor may have a slope of maximum 10mm/m2.

4 Ventilation
The ventilation of the room should have sufficient capacity for the following reasons:
• To avoid sudden change in operating conditions due to the system’s heat dissipation.
• To avoid O3 buildup in the room above a level of 0,05 ppm.
The air refreshment flow rating has to be at least 1500m³/h

Earth Connection: There must be a separated earth connection with a resistance less than 2 ohm.
Lightning Protection: It’s best to install a Lightning protector before the power supply of the engine. This will
secure the engine from suffering severe damage when the lightning strikes.
High Leakage Current: The machine has a high leakage current.
Over Current Protection: Branch circuit protection is not provided. Therefore an over-current protection
needs to be installed in the power supply line.

To enable fast and smooth service support, our service personnel must be granted access to multiplate host
PC or any other PC. Through that PC, we should be able to connect with the machine. This requires some
setup at the client side. First of all the Teamviewer software should be installed on that PC and must be
accessible from the internet. Firewall settings or modifications or safety settings in the corporate network are
not necessary. Off course this connection must only be activated when remote service is needed and will be
tested at installation.
