Read the following:-

1.From the D.S.E. Hyderabad letter No.34/PEP/DC/HYD/90, Dt.20.12.91.

ORDER:

The Government after careful consideration hereby directs that the Government
buildings are exempted from payment of building permit fees and other Municipal charges in
identical to according approvals for such construction.

The Director of Town and Country Planning/Commissioner, and Director of

Municipal Administration /Commissioner Municipal Corporation of
Hyderabad/Commissioner, Vijayawada Municipal Corporation/Commissioner,
Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation is requested to take necessary action accordingly and
issue necessary amendments to the relevant bye-laws in the matter.

This order issues with the concurrences of Finance and Planning Department vide
their U.O.No.A-D2-1-057/339/FS/91 dated 13.1.92.
