Common Questions & Answers:

Q: What Files Do I Need?
A: All of them.

Q: Do I Have To Use The Concept Document?

A: Yes.

Q: Do I Have To Use the Template (.dotx) File?

A: Yes and no. The adventure template (.docx) was built from the .dotx and you
could certainly use it, but adding the .dotx template to your Microsoft Office
installation is a great help in the long run.

Q: My Concept Document Won't Open.

A: There are scripts operating in this document. You may need to use Adobe Acrobat
on a Windows-based computer.

Q: I use a Mac or Linux desktop and Can't Open <document name>!

A: We will not accept alternative formats. All submissions must be in .docx or .pdf
format, using the files and templates provided.

Q: I've Submitted my CCC Proposal; When Should I Hear Back?

A: We keep the submission window open for about 2 weeks, then compile our feedback
during the week following. During that week, we will select the approved proposals
(hint: following the guidelines reduces the amount of feedback we need to provide,
which raises your chances of approval) and notify those creators. Regardless,
everyone will get a response about approval or denial within roughly 30 days of
submission.

Q: I Didn't Get Approved But I Know I Can DO THIS!

A: Check out the tier 1 options! Your event needs to be approved, but we've opened
the doors on a lot of tier 1 development. Go that route, brush up your skills, and
feel free to submit again when you're ready to!

Q: I Have This Great Idea for a CCC Set in Eberron (etc)...

A: We are neither accepting nor approving CCC pitches for campaigns other than the
main Forgotten Realms Adventurers League campaign.
