If necessary to pump fluid, make sure to use 60°C – 4% KCl-water-inflo 40.

VI. PROGRAM
1. Take fluid samples one day before job for compatibility test of fluid with acid solution and check
the suspended solid. Please inform the result of the test.
Mengambil sampel cairan sehari sebelum bekerja untuk menguji kompatibilitas cairan dengan
larutan asam dan ditangguhkan cek solid. Silahkan menginformasikan hasil tes.
2. MIRU Stimulation unit, local tank, shower and adequate line from well to local tank. Connect line
from well to local tank. PPE: eye glasses, masker, safety hand, sprayer & etc.
. Unit Stimulasi Miru, tank lokal, shower dan garis yang memadai dari sumur ke tangki lokal.
Hubungkan garis dari sumur ke tangki lokal. APD: kacamata, masker, safety tangan, sprayer
dan lain-lain
3. Mix 50 bbls 4% KCl water for injectivity test.
Mix 50 bbls 4% KCl air untuk uji injektivitas.
4. Conduct SAFETY MEETING before job.

5. Stop ESP. Bleed off casing pressure and tubing pressure until tubing dead (No flow).
Berhenti ESP. Bleed off tekanan casing dan tekanan tubing tubing sampai mati (ada aliran).
6. Install treating line to wellhead.
Instal mengobati line untuk kepala sumur
7. Close master valve. Perform test of treating line for 2000 psi.
Tutup katup utama. Melakukan tes mengobati line untuk 2000 psi.
8. Perform injectivity test by pump 4% KCl water. Max allowable working rate: 1.1 bpm. MAWP:
700 psi.
Lakukan tes injektivitas oleh 4% KCl pompa air. Max diijinkan tingkat bekerja: 1.1 bpm.
MAWP: 700 psi
9. Mix 10 bbl 15% acid as follows: 280 gals fresh water, 2 gal Corrosion inhibitor SENTACHEM
502, 2 gals Non-emulsifier agent SENTACHEM NE 111, 130 gals HCl 32%.
Campur 10 bbl acid 15% sebagai berikut: 280 gals air tawar, 2 gal SENTACHEM 502 Korosi
inhibitor, 2 gals Non-emulsifier agen SENTACHEM NE 111, 130 gals HCl 32%.
10. Perform stimulation by pumping 10 bbl 15% Acid solution through tubing then displace with 24
bbls displacement fluid. Keep pumping rate below 1.1 BPM and pumping pressure below 700
psi. Note: Check and monitor fluid level.
Lakukan rangsangan dengan memompa 10 bbl 15% solusi Asam melalui pipa kemudian
dipindahkan dengan 24 bbls perpindahan cairan. Terus memompa tingkat bawah 1,1 BPM dan
memompa tekanan di bawah 700 psi. Catatan: Periksa dan memantau tingkat cairan.

11. Closed master valve immediately and bleed off press. Uninstall treating line and soak for ± 30
minutes. Note: Master valve in close position and casing valve in open position while soaking
Segera Ditutup katup utama dan berdarah dari pers. Uninstall garis mengobati dan rendam
selama ± 30 menit. Catatan: Guru valve dalam posisi dekat dan katup casing dalam posisi
terbuka saat perendaman
12. Connect the line from wellhead to local tank & start the ESP to 60 Hz (reposition) and put
the well on production to local tank.
Hubungkan garis dari kepala sumur ke tangki lokal dan memulai ESP untuk 60 Hz (reposisi)
dan menempatkan baik pada produksi ke tangki lokal.
13. Check pH every 15 minutes after well on prod. Take fluid samples for water analysis after pH >
6.
Periksa pH setiap 15 menit setelah baik pada prod. Mengambil sampel cairan untuk analisis air
setelah pH> 6
14. Put the well back on production line to BS after PH of fluid > 5.
Note: - Water Analysis : pH, Fe2+, Fe3+, Cl -, Mg3+ & Ca2+
- Please ensure sure that PPE is used before taking samples

Menempatkan baik kembali pada lini produksi untuk BS setelah PH cairan> 5.

Catatan: - Analisis Air: pH, Fe 2+, Fe 3+, Cl, MG3 + dan Ca2 +
- Harap Pastikan memastikan bahwa APD digunakan sebelum mengambil sampel

- Empty drum must be filled with water and send back to logistic.
