EXECUTIVE ORDER
NO. 2019-011, Series of 2019

“REORGANIZING THE PEOPLE’S LAW ENFORCEMENT BOARD (PLEB)”

WHEREAS, the People’s Law Enforcement Board created by virtue of Republic Act 6975
and Republic Act 7160 shall have jurisdiction to hear and decide citizen’s
complaints or cases filed before it against erring officer and members of
PNP;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ANDRES D. DANGEROS, Municipal Mayor of Sablayan,

Occidental Mindoro, by virtue of the power vested in me by law, do hereby
reorganize the People’s Law Enforcement Board to be constituted as
follows:

Section 1. Composition.

Honorary Chair : ANDRES D. DANGEROS

Municipal Mayor

Chairperson : SB GREGARDRO VILLAR

SB Chair, Committee on Peace and Order

Members : ABC Pres. Fernando Baliao, Jr.

DepEd North Supervisor, Dr. Marilyn Pille
DepEd South Supervisor, Raquel Noble
Principal, SABNACOHIS, Elizabeth B. Martinez
Principal, SVNHS, Dr. Suertelita Dangeros
PAO, Atty. Ryan Agoot

Secretariat : Mr. Arnold V. Aranda

Mr. Ronald A. Mugar

Section 2. Functions and Duties of the PLEB-

1. PLEB shall have the power to hear and adjudicate all citizen’s complaint formally filed
with, or referred to it, against any uniformed member of the Philippine National Police,
and if warranted, impose the corresponding penalty;

2. The PLEB acting thru its Chairman, is empowered to administer oaths, summon
witnesses, require the production of documents, record books, or other things by a
subpoena duces tecum and issue other processes as may be necessary.

Section 3. Meetings and Quorum-

1. The PLEB shall meet whenever necessary.

2. A majority of all the members shall constitute a quorum.

Section 4. Effectivity- This order shall take effect immediately and a copy shall be
published in the municipality’s official website.
