How to lose weight effectively

Have you ever wondered why is it so difficult to lose weight no matter how hard you

have tried? You tried to exercise for hours but still gain weight. That is because you have done it

the wrong way. These passages will help you understand more about weight loss. It doesn’t have

to be difficult and hours long of exercise.

To start the journey of weight loss, a plan is must needed. Planning help us to stay focus

on the goal that we want to achieve despite the difficulty of the goals. It helps us to set direction

and priorities. Also, Planning involves discipline. People who are most successful in weight loss

plan their day to ensure that they stick to their eating and workout plan. In a fine weight loss plan

it includes our weight goal, diet, and exercise.

Create a specific weight loss goal. Specific in this context mean this goal will be set to

accomplish our dream weight at a certain date. Having a specific date for accomplishment gives

something to thrive on and work for it. When the goal is set forth, let focus on the most

important aspect of weight loss, which is diet.

Most people tend to underestimate the importance of diet. That is why most people keep

gaining weight even though they have been exercise for hours, days by days. Our body can only

burn about 400 to 500 calories on an hour intensity exercise. Therefore, choose the foods wisely

in order to lose weight. That being said consume nutrition-dense foods not empty calories foods.

To do so, stock the fridge and pantry with healthy foods. Get the meals and snacks ready ahead

of time for the whole week, so there won’t be any last-minute unhealthy meals or snacks.

Nutrition-dense foods include dark and leafy green such as asparagus, kales, spinaches,

broccolis; whole grains such as whole-wheat breads, pastas, barley, brown rice, oatmeal; fruits

such as barriers, bananas, apples, avocados, kiwi; unsaturated fats such as nuts, legumes, fish,

eggs, coconuts, olive oils; lean meats such as skinless chickens or turkeys, 90% ground beef,

pork chops, red meats without fat; dairy products such as milk, yogurt, cheese; vegetables such

as brussels sprouts, tomatoes, mushrooms, carrots, red and green bell peppers. Empty calories

foods include fast foods such as pizza, burgers, French fires, chips; added sugars such as cake,

cookies, candy, soft drinks, fruit drinks, ice cream, milkshakes; sausage and processed meats;

Exercise is good for our health and helps us lose weight. It doesn’t have to be long hours

in the gym that you feel like a chord. Instead, find something that we enjoy. It could be a favorite

sport, as long as we keep our body physically active. We should do high intensity interval

training. High interval training burns more fat than the conventional exercises like running or

jogging. High intensity interval training is done by work intensively for 1 minute then take a

break to catch up your breath for about 30 sec. Continues to do this as long as you cannot do it

anymore. We can imply high interval training in any kind of exercise ranging from running,

swimming, to weight lifting.

You want to lose weight for better health, or you need to lose weight to look better. No

matter what the reason is losing weight doesn’t have to be difficult. With a strong mindset and

determination, anyone can achieve the weight they want.
