ANSWER

COMES NOW, defendant PO2 Cardo Dalisay by

counsel, in answer to the Complaint dated November 3,
2019 (“Complaint”) filed by plaintiff Ivana Maylawit against
defendant Cardo, respectfully states that:

1. Defendant Cardo Dalisay admits to the truth of the

following allegations of the Complaint contained in:

1.1. Paragraph 2 insofar as it alleges that

defendant Dalisay is of legal age, a Filipino citizen,
single, and with postal address, Parang, Maguindanao;

2. That sometime in July 2019 complainant and defendant

has intimate relationship with each other, as shown in
the content video recordings;
3. That such video recorded by the defendant is with the
knowledge of the complainant on account of their climax
during the said activity;
4. Such evidence presented by the complainant cannot be
admitted as evidence in the administrative proceeding;
5. That the complainant tent with malice in filing the
complain to destroy the credibility of respondent due
jealousy because most the time Cardo Dalisay is person;
6. That I did not sent any malicious videos, nude picture of
me due to the circumstances the area has no signal to
sent videos or picture from my phone;
Wherefore, it is most respectfully pray for this honorable
office to dsimiss the complaint for lack of merit, Just and
equitable relief.
