Consolidator

8 Commission 5% - for the account of the Seller
Any mark-up or excess to the selling
price net of the Seller and at the
price agreed by the Buyer shall be
turned over to the Brokers.

2. To perform such acts analogous to the foregoing, including gathering of information,

documents, etc.

3. This authority shall become effective 30 June 2020 until revoked explicitly in writing
by the owner.
