MANIFESTATION

RESPONDENT, through the undersigned Counsel, respectfully manifests

Despite efforts at reaching out to them, the Petitioners ________________

have been unwilling to enter into a workable arrangement with the Respondent
concerning the settlement of the estate of the late _____________ . For the past five
years they have not even appeared before this Honorable Court; and up to this
date they have neither expressed their real intentions nor made any single count-
proposition to the proposal of herein Respondent _______________. The
unreasonableness of their stance has resulted in the undue delay of proceedings.

Acting in good faith, the Respondent has proposed that the Petitioners be
accorded full unbridled ownership over (i) the Eight Hundred Square Meter [800
m2] land located at, Nueva Ecija covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No.
____________ as well as (ii) the 1994 Model Toyota Yamaha Tricycle with Plate
No. __________, Motor No. __________, Chassis No. ____________ plus (iii) 25%
of ₱ 750,000.00 of the savings Deposit with Security Bank Corporation—Baguio
City Branch under Savings Account Number _______________. Respondent will
also be responsible for the estate taxes and other fees or charges. The remaining
properties listed in the Joint Consolidated Inventory shall belong to the
Respondent.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, and in the interest of justice, it is

respectfully prayed that this Manifestation be noted and that the Honorable
Court take the necessary action with respect to the Petitioners.
