The Opportunity
Summerhouse is a contemporary development of 14
town-houses in Kingswinford in the West Midlands.
Coyne are developing two different house types to a
luxurious specification, including Porselanosa kitchens
and Roca bathrooms, offering the buyer a home
finished to an exemplary standard, with the added
benefit of hassle free access to the busy metropolitan
areas nearby.
The Investment
The projected time line for this project is 11 months and
is forecast to return 22.8%*. Equity is deployed into this
investment via shareholding to a Special Purpose
Vehicle (Ltd company) which owns the asset. Coyne
have a management agreement with the asset owner to
gain planning permission, construct and sell the
development.
