Customer URLs to be Tested Prior to Start of AND After Completion of Change IF APPLICABLE, CUSTOMER
MUST BE SPECIFIED IN THE RESTRICTIONS SECTION:
1. Field engineer with spare card , call to NOC before starting activity
2. Noc engineer instructed to Jack out Jack in the card. The card may come up in case it got hung.
3. If the card is not responding then need to replace the card.
4. Once the card replaces NOC engineer will verify the services and confirm back the field engineer.
Change Validation Test Procedures (Brief Description of how work is validated) REQUIRED:
1. Post change of card or as suggested by NOC, field team will do the changes ( Jack in jack out or card
replacement)
2. Change Validation to be done by NOC
In case the spare card misbehaves then we should remove the card and insert another spare card
Note: Updating a Change Request with pertinent completion data and any relevant notes is ALWAYS REQUIRED.
