Tittle: Air Pollution
Indonesia's air quality, especially urban areas, can be said to be unhealthy due to
several factors. Traffic jams can certainly worsen air pollution due to vehicle fumes. Garbage
heaps can also cause air pollution due to mounting rubbish. The use of fertilizers and anti-
pest drugs in agriculture also causes air pollution. But it does not rule out the possibility that
in rural areas environmental pollution can also occur, because air pollution can occur
everywhere.
Year by year the number of vehicles in Indonesia has also increased, causing
congestion. Not only does it have an impact on traffic jam, but more and more motorized
vehicles can also cause an increase in air pollution. Engined vehicles usually use diesel or
gasoline fuel to produce energy so the vehicle can operate. The engine cannot burn
hydrocarbons cleanly so that the vehicle's exhaust releases harmful substances which cause
more severe air pollution.
The rubbish that mounts on the landfill makes the surrounding area uncomfortable
because of the air pollution it causes. Landfill can cause a variety of problems for our lives,
both directly and indirectly. Most urban residents dump their household waste in landfills or
landfills. Organic waste will rot and produce an unpleasant odor due to methane gas.
In this day and age so that plants can grow well and be healthy need to be given
fertilizer and anti-pest drugs such as insecticides and pesticides. However, the use of these
materials has an adverse effect on the environment. In insecticides, pesticides and
agricultural fertilizers in it contain ammonia or NH3 which is very dangerous for the
atmosphere. And not only cause air pollution, ammonia can also cause water pollution.
Ammonia has a bad influence on health, one of the diseases caused by ammonia is
bronchitis.
Air pollution is an environmental problem that greatly disrupts daily activities. The
results of incomplete combustion in vehicle engines produce harmful substances that cause
air pollution. The community's habit of piling up rubbish in the landfill causes discomfort and
air pollution around the landfill. The compounds in anti-pest drugs contain ammonia which is
very dangerous for health and the atmosphere. If discussing about air pollution maybe that
comes to our mind is the result of human activity, and the statement can be said to be true.

Tittle: Health Quality Challenge

The fact is that Indonesia is facing serious health problems. Infectious diseases have
haunted Indonesia after independence day. Nowadays disease comes due to unhealthy
lifestyles. Low public awareness of the prevention that can be done. This is a great PR for the
Minister of Health in commemorating National Health Day.
Infectious diseases that have plagued Indonesia after independence, one of which is
pulmonary Tuberculosis. Although anyone can get Tuberculosis, the disease develops rapidly
in people living in poverty, marginalized groups, and other vulnerable populations. People
with HIV AIDS or people with poor nutritional status are more likely to get infected with
Tuberculosis. Campaigns to eradicate pulmonary Tuberculosis and treatment services for
pulmonary Tuberculosis are still being pursued. The deteriorating air quality due to pollution,
improper housing and forest fires that continues to hit parts of Indonesia will further
aggravate this lung health problem.
Diseases caused by unhealthy lifestyles will be easily found at this time. Obesity is a
contemporary disease that attacks not only adults but also children. It is true that children can
be affected by obesity, because Indonesians are more interested in junk food, too lazy to work
out, and consume less vegetables and fruit. Adult habits in Indonesia will automatically be
followed by children. The fact is that children who are obese as they grow older will be more
prone to other diseases.
Indonesian society is practically taboo with the prevention of diseases that can be
done. This can be in the form of small habits, from throwing trash in place to diligently
washing hands. There are still many people who are less aware of immunization. Including
awareness of protecting the environment so as to avoid various diseases. It's better to prevent
than to treat, this motto must be known and remembered by the people of Indonesia.
The Minister of Health is expected to have a better performance in improving the
quality of health of the Indonesian population. We are not yet finished with the problem of
infectious diseases and diseases caused by poverty that have occurred since the beginning of
independence day. Diseases caused by unhealthy lifestyles also attack children. The lack of
awareness and understanding of Indonesian people about disease prevention is better before
treating it. Healthy must be maintained, get used to a healthy lifestyle

Tittle: The Dangers of Pollution in Indonesia

The poor pollution that occurs in Jakarta must be watched out for, because various
negative impacts can occur on the lives of all living things, including humans. Health impacts
that will further disrupt the respiratory system. The impact of beauty is also a negative
impact of air pollution. The impact of mental health can be disturbed. Those are the effects
that can occur if pollution in Jakarta continues to worsen.
Pollution certainly causes various disadvantage effects on health. Not only limited to
interference with the lungs, air pollution particles and dust can also make the recurrence
rate of asthma increase. Not to mention lung cancer which can also be caused by harmful
substances arising from dirty air. In infants and children, air pollution can cause low birth
weight and easy natural lung infections. Pollution can also inhibit the development of the
lungs in children. As a result, the lungs can not function optimally as an adult.
The impact of beauty which is a negative impact of air pollution is of course very
dangerous. Small particles in the form of dirt, smoke or dust can enter and negatively impact
skin cells. As a result, the risk of experiencing premature aging. Pollution can damage the
skin's barrier function by destroying the collagen and lipids contained in it. Besides dirt
particles in it can accumulate on the surface of the skin which can clog pores when mixed
with skin cells and oil. This is what causes pollution can also cause irritation, rashes and acne.
Air pollution also has a serious impact on mental health. The toxic effects of air
pollution can cause various negative psychological symptoms. Among other things, anxiety,
changes in mood, decreased cognitive function, and changes in behavior. Air pollution is also
associated with a change in behavior, spending less time outside, or living a sedentary
lifestyle (less active), which is also associated with social isolation. The experts found that
children aged 12 years who live in polluted environments are three to four times more likely
to experience severe depression when they are 18 years old.
The negative impact of air pollution is so terrible. Health effects, can cause problems
in the lung organs. Premature aging is a negative impact on air pollution for skin beauty.
Toxins contained in air pollution have a terrible effect on human mental health. So the bad
pollution that occurs in Jakarta must be aware, because various negative impacts can occur
on the lives of all living things, including humans.

Tittle: Mental health in Indonesia
The magnitude of the effect of mental health on one's life decisions publishes
inversely proportional results. That is because there are negative issues from the
community. Lack of education to the public about mental health. As well as expensive
medical expenses for people with mental health disorders. Indonesia must start to tidy up to
reduce the number of events, unfortunately this issue is still considered taboo to be
discussed.
Mental health issues sometimes get unpleasant responses. The general public tends
to link the issue of mental health as something that is flawed. Though not like that, some
people with mental health disorders can actually do normal activities like most people.
People with mental health disorders need special attention, priority treatment, assistance
from professionals. Unfortunately their steps are constrained by collective ideas such as,
that coming to a psychiatrist, psychiatrist, or psychologist is only done for those who are
crazy.
Indonesia is not yet serious in implementing information related to mental health in
several sectors. Though all parties must build awareness because even the slightest concern
can save someone's life. Not only in small circles, the government can also interfere in terms
of education for the community. Submitting information about mental health, how to reach
related professionals, handling when someone submit a suicide idea, to gradually provide an
understanding of the behavior that must be shown when dealing with sufferers, not only
delivered at the university level but also below that. Information can also be conveyed in
counseling for the general public.
The cost of treatment for those who have problems with mental health in Indonesia
is still relatively expensive. With a limited amount, uneven distribution, drug costs or
inequality contributed from other factors beyond that, the patient's interest and demand for
treatment is small. The cost of a consultation session can reach hundreds of thousands with
a certain amount of time. It may be that the perceptions that arise in the future will be
negative, such that professional consultation is useless. Patients do not apply for care
because the profession is considered trivial or the notion of "throwing money" because
getting a professional companion is still suitable.
Matters related to mental health are not taboo to deal with, but are part of human
beings who need caring. The general public tends to link the issue of mental health as
something that is flawed. Submitting information on mental health needs to be improved in
Indonesia. Expensive medical costs, leading to the notion of throwing money. If you are
unable, at least don't give unnecessary judgments and make things worse.
