All the Municipal Commissioners are further informed that while inclusion of master
data and 14% open space cost etc. they have to strictly follow the rules in force and deviation
to rules any found at a later date, they shall be held responsible for the lapses.

The attention of Commissioners of ali Urban Local Bodies in ihe state is invited to the
Govt. Memo cited where in jt was specjfied that as per DDPN,4S Sysiem. the Djrector of Town
and Country Planning is the only authoriiy who can address any grievance of any applicant
resulting out of the software functioning. No one js authorised to make any changes or
alternations what so ever eilher in data or in the system. Once the Commissioner of the
respective ULB gives data and fed in to the system, it should not be aliered. lf any chanqes
are requi.ed to bed done, the respective Commissioner shall address the DT&CP, A.p.,
Guntur and the DT&CP after proper verification only can order e incorporation of such
changes.

Further, it is to inform that instructions were issued to all lvlunicipal Commissioners

and Jown Planning Staff repeatedly to complete the updation of l\,4aster Dala for effeclive
functioning of the system. But it is obsefted that still some of the ULBS are sending mails
daily for inclusion of item by item in the Master data which is caustng inconvenietce to the
applicants and dislocation of work.

ln view of the above, all the lMunicipal Commissioners are requested to prepare the
comprehensive missing Master data and get it inciuded through ihe local soft tech statf oi
