1. To claim, receive of Unconditional Cash Transfer (UCT) benefits from the Department of Social Welfare and
Development (DSWD), as beneficiary in our deceased father PROBO D. MAYBUENA, SR., died on February 07,
2019 at Home, P-3, New Mabuhay, Dinagat, Province of Dinagat Islands, by virtue of the representative our
sister for claim of UCT our deceased father.

2. To sign, make, execute and deliver documents, papers as are necessary to give full force and effect to the
powers herein granted.

HEREBY GRANTING and GIVING unto our said attorney-in-fact full authority to do all that is necessary in or about
the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally present and hereby
ratifying and confirming all that our said attorney in fact or her substitute shall do or cause to do done under and by
virtue of these presents.
