We understand the gap being there right now on lead generated and turn around time
to share the lead. With our data-science tech platform, Facebook and Instagram are
one of the key drivers on the lead generation platform. Google display has never
turned up with volume and quality leads, even if you check across the revenue of
Google and Facebook. Facebook revenue from ads has shot up more than Google
one of the key reason why Facebook has edge over any platform.

While our Facebook ads are not normally detailed targeting they run on algorithm
analyzed dataset which analyzes people with their demographics and psychographics
analysis to create custom data set.

Below are a couple of solution we propose

1. We integrate our application on your Facebook business manager account


where Sobha Ltd. page has admin access, on which we will pick the form which
is of CareerSocially in front of designated person from Sobha so that highest
level of due-diligence is maintained, post that integration we can continue the
same way and lead will hit our CRM in real-time without any intervention from
anyone since lead will directly hit our CRM. For this activity, we can sign up NDA
as we do with other Top Builders & Fin-tech companies as well for doing the
integration since while integration our engineering team would require admin
access for an hour maximum which we are happy to do in front of the Sobha
marketing & technical team as well.

2. We are allowed to create the page in the name of Sobha where all the
approved content and creative will go live

3. If the Sobha team can create a new Facebook page for CareerSocially and gives
admin access to us also. Post our delivery, credentials could be change by
Sobha Team as it is been created by you at first glance.

The reason why we require Sobha Name as an ad to run on - It holds brand value
associated with it, overtime to bring the cost per lead down campaign needs to
run over the brand page since that gives more authenticity to end buyer where
even number of leads generated are higher and leads flow picks up.

We do understand the to-fro of leads is just bringing up more operational issues on


both sides which are eventually hurting both of our business since it is increasing the
turn around time to act on lead, we as Proptech company we firmly believe automation
as one of the primary goals hence we suggest to go for 1st point and we will eventually
run on both our own page as well as Sobha page to keep the flow of lead highest with
no compromise on quality and acting on lead in real-time.

I would also suggest if we can have meeting over the same point and get way ahead
on this, Our co-founder can also join up this meeting anytime after 12th March, let's
resolve this where both of organization benefits are considered and eventually
reducing the turn around time to act on lead.
