I am here to submit that Tail End Distributary D82 runs for a

length of 59.05Kms envisaged for an ayacut of 57742 acres in the
drought prone mandals for Kalwakurthy ,Vangoor,Veldanda
,Amangal and Madgula of Nagarkurnool and Rangareddy Districts.

Water to the mandals of Vangoor, Charakonda and Veldanda

are being conveyed through the executed Majors and through the
chain of tanks by constructing Additional OTs. The agency has
pending works on the Main Tail End Distributary at multiple
locations as submitted in the progress reports from time to time.
The agency couldn’t mobilize men and machinery to finish the
balance works. The reasons as stated by the agency cited as
Pending Bills from the government for already executed works.

It is also to submit that , Water was conveyed only upto

Km.23.8 on D82 as blasting works are pending for a length of
50m.Thereafter water can be conveyed upto Km.34.00 to the
nearest village of Gundala.From there a 400m length of canal is
pending with blasting works for which the agency has cited as the
reasons of pending bills from the government for the last 8 months.

It is also to submit that , as mentioned by the Honorable MLA

G.Jaipal Yadav Garu, the State Forest Department as accorded In
principal Stage-1 approval for the Diversion of forest land to an
extent of 0.98ha in Achampet Forest Division in Comp No.443
Cherukur Block and Bear Charakonda Section. The department Is
also pursuing the required guidelines issued by the Forest
Department in complete acquiring of the Diversion land and
mobilizing the work in the following land.

The agency has been coordinating with the department on

water regulation ,operation and Maintenance in line with the
agreement conditions ,but has been not able to mobilize any men
and machinery for the pending works and is expecting for the
release of Long standing work bills.

This is submitted for information and requested for necessary

action.

జీరో అవర్ ప్రసన నివేదిక-

Distributary D82 అనే కలువ టైల్ ఎండ్ దిస్త్రిబుతరి గా 59.05 km ప్రధాన కలువ కు అనుసంధముగ నిర్మించడం

జరుగుతుంది. 2018 జనవరి లో మొదలైన పనులు యుద్ద ప్రా తిపదికిన మొదలుపెట్టడం జరిగింది.ఈ కలువ కింద

57742 ఎకరాలకు గాను కల్వకుర్తి ,వంగూర్, వెల్దండ,ఆమనగల్లు మరియు మాడ్గు ల మండలాలకు సాగు మరియు

త్రా గు నీరు అందించడం కోసం 178 కోట్లు ప్రభుత్వం మంజూరు చేయడం జరిగింది.

కలువ యొక్క 40.456 km నుండి 40.835 km వరకు అటవీ శాక యొక్క భూమి కి గాను ఇన్ ప్రిన్సిపాల్

స్టేజి -1 అనుమతి జి.o నే.o 153 dt.26.1.2019 ద్వారా అటవీ శాక నుండి పొ ందడం

జరిగింది.ఇప్పటివరకు కలువ యొక్క 24.8km వరకు నీటిని తరలించడం జరిగింది. 25.00km వద్ద

వున్న బ్లా స్టింగ్ పనులు పూర్తి చేసినట్టు అయితే 34.00 km వరకు నీటిని తరలించవచ్చు. మేజర్ నే.o

21 వరకు వున్న అన్ని వాగుల ద్వార నీటిని కుంటలు నింపుటకు వినియోగించడం జరుగుతుంది . ఇప్పటి
వరకు D82 కాలువ ద్వార మేజర్ లు మరియి మైనర్ ల నుండే కాకుండా సుమారు 25 కుంటలు

మరియు చెరువులు నింపడం జరిగింది.

గౌరవనీయులైన ఎం.ల్.ఎ గారు తెలియజేసినట్టు గ సంబందిత ఏజెన్సీ, పెండింగ్ బిల్లు ల కారణంగా కాలువ

పనులను నిలిపివేయడం జరిగంి ది.అసంపూర్తిగా వున్న పనుల కారణంగా సంబంధిత మండలాలకు సాగు

నీరు అందించడం సాధ్యం కావడం లేదు.నీటిని చివరి వరకు అనగా km.59.05. వరకు

తీసుకుపో వడానికి పూర్తి చేయవలసిన పనులు ఈ విధము గ వున్నాయి.
