JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING TO CHANGE NAME

We, CHARLOTTE E. CABRILLOS, of legal age , Filipino, single, and a resident

of Las Pinas, Metro Manila and RICHEL E. BERNACER, of legal age , Filipino, single,
and a resident of Oton, Iloilo after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law
hereby depose and say that:

1. We, are Members of the Board of Directors of RIGHT WORK TRAINING

CENTER, INC. which is in the process of registering its corporate name with the
Securities and Exchange Commission;

2. We, in behalf of the said corporation, hereby undertakes to change its

corporate name as herein provided, or as amended thereafter, immediately
upon receipt of notice or directive from the Commission that another
Corporation, partnership or person has acquired a prior right to the use of
that name or that the name has been declared misleading, deceptive,
confusingly, similar to a registered name, or contrary to public morals, good
custom, or public policy;

3. This affidavit is executed to attest to the truth of the foregoing and for
whatever legal purpose and intent it may serve.
