May we respectfully inform you that the government is undertaking the above-named project
which would affect your lot/property located in barangay Anislag in the municipality of Daraga,
Albay.
In view thereof, we express the government’s intention to acquire the affected lot/property
through negotiated sale pursuant to the provisions of Republic Act 10752 or “The Right of Way
Act.”
Thus, may we kindly request you to submit the following documents as proof of ownership of
the lot/property which are necessary for the determination and payment of just compensation:
Upon submission of the above-mentioned documents, we will send you a letter-offer setting the
appropriate price for the purchase of the affected lot/property. If, however, you fail to submit
the required documents within 30 days from receipt of this notice of taking, this Office will be
constrained to file an expropriation case to the appropriate court to obtain the said property.
