Every child is special.

We think that the title is fitted to the movie as it showed to us that we are all unique individuals and that
we have own capabilities and talent. After we watched the movie, we became emotional as we
sympathized with the protagonist namely Ishaan Awasti. He is a victim of his illness and to thinks that at
his young age, he does not know what happens to him. He is helpless as his parents pressured him. We
are dismayed by how his father pressured him and hurt him every time he commits a mistake. We think
that it is not the proper way how to discipline your child as it could have a high tendency that he became
a rebellious child. We also do not like how his parents compared him to his older brother, and they do
not see his bright side in artistry. They always think that he is a troublemaker because of his successive
failing grades. We think that they should ask what was wrong to their child as they might notice early
that he has Dyslexia, however because of his academics, they just believed that he is dumb and a
troublemaker.

We are also displeased to his teachers as to how they called him different names like idiot, lazy, dumb,
and many more. This might have bad effects on the students as they might believe such things and gave
up to strive more in learning. This is slowly evident to Ishaan when he did not answer his teacher
correctly and told to go out which is pretty much in his favor. We think that in this stage, he started to
give up listening to his teachers as he does understand the lesson because of his illness, and he always
makes his teachers get mad. From then, he is frequently standing outside in their room. When he
transferred to his new school, he receives the same reaction from his teachers which much more harsh,
and because of that, he gave up on learning when he throws all his notebooks in the trash bin and later
on, he gave up on his talent. It is a heartbroken scene to see a young child giving up on his dream and
always crying. His bright smile slowly faded away as he felt so much distress when he felt that he was
been abandoned by his family.

However, this sadness changes into delight and hope. We are glad that his new art teacher is not like his
previous teachers who always yelled at him. This new teacher did not give up on him. He noticed that
there was something wrong with Ishaan, and investigated him which he found out his illness. He went to
his parents to inform them, and after that, he decided to help Ishaan in his reading and writing. He gave
him hope which made Ishaan stand again. Because of his new teacher, he goes back to painting, and he
showed everyone that he is special in his unique way. The ending is our favorite scene since we saw how
grateful Ishaan to his teacher, and we saw the changes in his father when he expresses his gratitude to
that teacher.

This movie encourages us as future educators to be like that teacher. We want to encourage our
students, influence them, and help them to be better individuals. As their second parents, we want to
shape their potential in a different aspect, and for them to be special in their way.
