Chicken/Pork Afritada Recipe | Chicken Recipe

Chicken Afritada is a Spanish inspired dish of sautéed chicken or chicken in


combination with pork, with potatoes, bell pepper, tomato sauce and spices. It is
typically served for lunch or dinner with steamed white rice.

Instructions:
Roasted Chicken,
In a cooking pot or wok, heat oil.

Sauté garlic and onions.

Add chicken/pork and slightly brown. (Tinola),

Pour the tomato sauce and stock. Bring to a Chicken Afritada
