Different new ideas and methods was established by the education to teach and help

the children now a days, but there's an article targeting the system of learning and teaching in
a school. The article titled the horrors of public education talked about the messed up system of
the education in teaching the children and how the system controlled the students. This article
was written by Tom Montalk a musician and a researcher (Rise multiversity,n.d.).

In this article, the author describe the public education in the line of " School sucks" .
That is also true that the school is sucks, too many requirements are required to be passed,
there is many test that are needed to take, to be able a student to graduate. According to Lewis
(2018) school is so difficult that the grades of the students are important to step into the next
level. For the students to pass, many test will be taken, that also resulting in to have more
activities , the projects that are needed to pass in their teachers and other extra cullicular
activities that also gives more pressure to the students.

Topcu and Pekmez (2009) also stated that most of the students in school have so many
difficulties in learning, especially the things that are related to science subject. Many books that
are needed to study is also one of the difficulties of the students in school.

The author also claim that many students speak about their complain regards with the
system of this public education. But the author can't claim that many people voiced their
complain, because many people also doesn't speak their complain about the education instead
they talked about the benefits of the students will gain under the public education. Spelic (2017)
determine that most of the information we can hear from the people is a good words about the
education. The education is the key for us to be a successful person and the way to reach the
dreams of the student that they want to become.

" Biting the hand that feeds because it's been feeding nothing but propaganda and sour
grapes". The author determine the line of " biting the hand that feeds" ,because the author is
also one of the students that was feed by the public education before, that resulting in criticizing
and targeting the public education, the one that once feed the author.

Meanwhile the author can't claim that the propaganda is one of the things that was doing
in the school .According to (Smith,n.d) propaganda gives information and ideas that can
manipulate and control the beliefs and opinion of the people. The author can' t say that it's a
propaganda because the public education gives new knowledge not some ideas that can
manipulate the people's opinion.
 Irving (2017) stated that the education help the students to reach their dreams and
decide what they want to become . The education also help the student to develop and improve
the skills and talents, and preparing them for the future.

The author also said that the learnings from the school is nothing but a garbage that are
useless for the students. A waste of time to learn on those some lessons, but the author
doesn’t have enough evidence to say that the learnings from the school is a trash. Hough
(2015) clarify that the learnings from the school helped the students to expand their knowledge,
that can be useful for their future. Knowledge that have so many things can do, like reaching
your dreams and goals. The time of the students in learning from the school will not be a waste,
instead it can help the students to improve their knowledge .

While in the line of “ shallow and disorganized effort to teach students a global
viewpoint” in this article, it describe that the way of the teachers in teaching the students is
effortless about the reality in our world. But Manalo (2016) stated that the teachers that are
major in the subjects of “Edukasyon sa pagpapakatao” have a great skills in teaching their
students about the good morals of a person, the good thing to do when someone is asking for
help and the characteristics of a good person to possess.

There are so many teachers that have a great skills in teaching about the reality of our
world , what the things will do when a person have a problems or in a crisis. In this subject the
students need to understand the difference between the fiction and a reality in this world.

There's also a topic about the subjects that doesn’t even true when it comes to
knowledge according to the author. The author is wrong in determining that the knowledge
about subjects in the public education is wrong. The content of the subjects has a knowledge to
teach the students now a days. The subjects has a knowledge to help the students to their
activities ,assignments, and the other projects ( “Content knowledge”,2016).

The author also stated that too much side activities in the school that are needed the
students to do , instead in the things to do in reality. The author can’t claim that the
extracurricular activities are not so important for not to to it. According to Tariq (2018) that the
other side activities can help the students to get a high grades, and more new knowledge to
know that are also resulting in to achieve the dreams and goals of the students.
 The extracurricular activities can also help the students to avoid the things that are
forbidden to do like drugs, alcohols and other activities that can lead a student life to
destructions.

In the line of “Moms to get to watch their soap operas and dads get to work while their
kids are being babysat. The author can’t say that the school is a babysitting center for kids
because Schuler (2019) stated that the teachers are not a babysitter for the children, they are
teacher that are teaching many things. They are the one who help the parents to teach the
students in a school. They are like a second parents for the children not a babysitter. The
teacher help the students to improve in writing or reading. The one that also guide the children’s
development in learning.

While in the line of “They don’t have to worry about teaching morality or ethics to their
children because it’s being done for them in school” in this article the authors argue that the
parents are not worried for their children’s ethics and morality because it can already learn
from the school. But according to ( Parenting approaches and concerns, 2015) that most of the
parents didn’t let their children doesn’t learn from them the moral and the ethics that are needed
by the childrens, because it’s still different if their children learn the moral and the ethics from
their parents than the teachers in the school.

There’s a line saying that if a school have many events, the more money will received
from the government institute. The author are trying to say that if a school have so many
programs then the other institute will provide more funds for that programs. In this line, the
public education can’t deny that it is not true. According to (“ Funds for schools”, n.d.) that there
are so many organization that are providing funds for the different school. Examples of a
organization that are donating the money to school is the “company foundation”. This different
organization are providing funds for the school event, the activities in the school and the
different contest of the students.

The author argue the learning of the students in the school in the line of “ you spend
more time learning how to obey and what to think” saying that the public education teaching the
students to obey and what they need to think. But according to Kline (2020) that the teachers
does not teach the children how to obey the older people, instead the teachers teach and help
the childrens to have their own thinking in different things. Also, according to the researchers
that if a student develop their ownership in their own thinking, the level of their understanding in
learning will be increase.
 There are also a line showed the criticizing of the author for having useless
assignments that will teach nothing, but a garbage to the students. The author can’t say that the
assignments of the students from public education is useless because it also has a big help to
the students to learn. (“ Importance of homework”, n.d.) stated that the assignments is important
to the students because it helps them to learn more about their next lesson and teach them how
to be an independent person, it will also help the students to learn how to find different
resources for their assignments.

While in the line saying that the students who graduated from the public education is not
a human, instead it became robots. Tom Montalk does not have enough evidence to say that
the students from the public education already became a robot, because people have their own
mind to do the right thing, that can’t control by a mere organization. Humphreys (2013) stated
that most of the students graduated from the school are already finding a new job, because they
want to work to help their family who supported them in studying. Also, after the students
graduated from the school and ready to work, they become more independent and a
responsible person that already have own thinking in what to do and the learnings from the
school help the students to prepare to achieve their dreams and goals in their life. This
statement justify that the author’s claim is wrong on saying that the students who graduated
from the public education became a robot.

In this article the author stated that the students now a days is so stressed because of
too many homework, activities, and projects that are needed to passed in order to pass and the
author is right in claiming that the students is so stressed because of so many requirements.
Also, according to Rose ( 2018) that most of the caused of the stressed of the students is the
take home tasks by the teacher or the projects that are needed to do, even the students want to
relax and play, they can’t do it because of too many homework to do that leading them in
thinking that they need to finish their projects no matter what that causing them stress.

The author also claim in the line that “ teachers are overstressed, underpaid and
restricted. Due to political correctness and the threats of legal action by parents”. In this line the
author claimed that the teachers are also stress that which is also right. Walker (2018) stated
that a big percent of teachers are stressed because of their job as a professional teachers,
because of their little salary that causing them stress, that their job is so hard that they need to
teach many students in the school. The behaviors of the students is one of the caused of the
stressed of the teachers, especially that the student is too naughty. The teachers can’t do
anything to this kind of students because they might report them bullying their own students
specially the parents of the students.

While in the line of “ tension between student and teacher shatters trust between them”
saying that between the student and a teachers there are some conflict sometimes, that caused
for the students and teachers hate each other, which is true. Argon (2009) justify that there are
so many cause of a conflict between the teachers and the student, first is the different
personalities and characteristics of the teachers and the students, second is the difference of
their values and beliefs, that causing them not to understand each other,

In the line of “ concentrate on getting good grades because that is only measure of what
you’re worth in the eyes of those you’ll serve”. The author trying to say that the oine is one of
the true meaning behind what the system of public education taught to the students, that they
need to do their homework, so they can get a high grade. The author can’t say that this is a true
meaning behind those lines. Meanwhile Tanner (2017) stated that the grades you get “do not
define you” instead used it as inspiration if you fail, and work hard to prove your worth even you
don’t get a high grades, be a hardworking person to achieve the dreams and objectives in life.

The author also said that “ You cannot be successful, recognized, or a true human being
unless you defy the system”. The author claim that a person will not achieve their goals to be
successful, except if they confront the system of public education. But it is in contrast what
Garcia said ( 2015) , according to Garcia the public education are always here to teach the
children who are willing to learn and the public education tend to help the students to expand
their knowledge , and preparing them to pursue the path for success.

Meanwhile in the line of “ fulfill your destiny as a human not a machine “, the author
saying that achieve your goals and dreams that you want, not having achieve the goals of the
people who want you to be . Rizzar (2016) stated that achieving your goals that you want to be,
have a great courage to do it. Achieving the goals of the people who want you to be, will just
lead you to the life that you want, instead do the things that you want the most in your life that
will bring you a great joy. In order to write an article the author must provide enough evidence
for them to prove that the things they said or write are all true .
