2 Installation
2.1 Unpacking and Inspection
Check the contents of the accessories according to the packing list.
2.2 Choosing Proper Location
a) Install the instrument on a clean, even and firm surface, which is free from vibration. Direct
sunlight, intensive magnetic field and moisture free environment.
b) Install the instrument in the room in accordance with the technical requirements (air-conditioner is
recommended to comply with the requirements on temperature and humidity).
c) Keep the exterior of the instrument dust free.
d) Avoid the instrument installation where an electrical noise source or excessive humidity is
present.
e) The instrument should be well grounded by power socket with AC100~240V.
2.3 Printer Paper Installation
Make sure the thermal side of the paper is downward or nothing will be printed out.
2.4 Pipettor Installation
Keep the plug of liquid removing device connected well with the connection port in the instrument rear panel.

3
3 Operation
3.1 Power On
Turn on the instrument and the initialization about 30 minutes, and testing when the instrument accords with
the constant temperature.
NOTICE: To ensure the accuracy of test results, please testing under the constant temperature.
3.2 Keyboard

1. Menu:: press this key to enter the main menu and to operate the instrument. Sometimes, press this key to give up
the current operation and exit.
2. Channel:: the channel selection, select the test channel.
3. Prewarming time:: press this key to set the incubation time.
4. Prewarming start:: press this key to start incubation.
5. “.” : press this key to run the printer under the testing condition.

4
3.3 Main Menu

1. Set: set PTAVE, ISI and the parameters of each item.

2. No.: set the test serial No..
3. Cal. (concentration calibration): concentration calibration of each item. The FIB item must be calibrated first, or
the testing results will not be appeared.
4. Max test time: setting the maximum testing time
5. Press “Menu” to back to the test interface.
3.4 Test Menu

“*” means the selected test channel.

“!” means the testing channel.
PTAVE: the PT mean value of normal human
PTAVE
ISI: the ISI coefficient. ISI should be correspond with ISI value given by reagent

4 Maintenance
4.1. Notices
a) Please carefully read the operation manual before operating the instrument.
b) Always clean the instrument daily to maintain good operation condition.
c) If the instrument is not used for a lengthy period, cover the instrument with the vinyl
dustcoat. On the resuming next operation, conduct a test with the check sample before making
any determinations.
d) Do not reconstruct or modify the instrument.
e) Please use the matching reagent produced by URIT to ensure the test accuracy.
f) Keep the instrument clean and no dust . if cleaning is needed, use wet fabric or detergent.
Any oil, ester, silica gel and lubricant is forbidden for use.
g) Use only soft fabric dipped with alcohol to clean the screen. Water, ketone and aromatic solvent
are forbidden for use.
h) Please keep the ball far away from the magnet.

4.2 Power Voltage Requirement

Testing point Voltage range or requirement

Power voltage 12V-CPU board J8 at 1foot 12.0V ± 0.2V,if not suitable ,please adjust
(triangle plates welded ) around the switch power indicator an
opener(SVR1).
Power voltage5V(CPU board J8 at 4 foot,TP6) 5.0V±0.1V
Power voltage -12V(CPU board J8 at 2foot ) -12V±0.5V
Print head voltage(C61 two directions) 7.6V±0.4V
Temperature control Adjust VR1 making TP10 voltage is 1.630 ±
basic standard voltageTP10(VR1) 0.020V
U9,U13 output voltage is:3.3±0.03V,U18 output :-5.0V±0.1V,U20 output:+5.0 ±0.1V

4.3 Enlarged Signal Voltage

Testing point Voltage range or requiremnet

U4 output frequency to adjust Adjust R92 to make output frequency is(10.5 ± 0.5)kHz,
P5 square wave voltage of the empty rate about 1:2.( within 10
percentage error),adjust frequent to make amplifier output
enough big.

6
Channel 1 voltage output to TP1 add 150uLAPTT reagents and testing beads to the sample cup,
observation testing beads wings should be average, at the same
time , wings distance should be symmetry with the sample cup
the bottom of the centre.
2.using the Oscillograph to observation the waveform ,setting
the Oscillograph as following:voltage:1V/parry,time 50or100
ms/parry, respectively observation TP1,TP2,TP3,TP4
waveform, all of the channel produce the interference
waveform peak value no more than 1.0v,the origin direct less
than 0.3V. as picture 2 show.
Respectively adjust VR4,VR3,VR5,VR6 and so on ,to make
the voltage peak value range from 2.5V to 3.0V. as picture 1
show.
not use the Oscillograph way to directly test waveform voltage
value.press “0” key open the machine ,in the testing window
press the “menu”- “ 0 ” input the password
“278000”,respectively press the 4,5,6,7 number key,
representative channel 1,2,3,4 voltage value ,adjust the opener
VR6,VR5,VR4,VR3 can respectively adjust channel 1,2,3,4
gain. ( 600 is VR5,VR4 representative channel 1,2 ) ,press
number 4 or (5,6,7) to show a digital in the right stand for six
digital average in the left .number representative channel peak
voltage value, by adjusting the opener ,to make the average
value range from 1.8 to 2.0 is ok.
