RESPONSIBILITIES AND ROLES:

• Monitor the implementation of approved Project Quality Plan and coordinate with all Project Team
on all quality issues.
• Ensure that all processes, activities comply with the project specification.
• Implement procedures checklists, drawings, and technical submittals, Inspection Request (IR)
coordinate and sign off the stage wise inspection from start to finish and also review the related
processes in line with the requirements.
• Evaluation of Internal Audits performed on site by Third Party Inspection Agency and interfacing
between them to both on site and off site.
• Report Non-conformance related to material or workmanship, and monitor action and remedial
response until closeout.
• Contribute to and facilitate best practice QA/QC procedures and develops monitoring programs for
inspection, testing, sampling and training.
• Delivery focused with experience in achieving project goals and maintaining high Quality standards.
• Ensure the contractor provides QA/QC procedures, method statements and current document at
the locations where they are to be used.
 • Experience on reading Blue Print Drawing of ELECTRICAL, INSTRUMENT, AND FIRE FIGHTING
SAFETY.
• Shall have good experience in all discipline such as Electrical, Instrument, Electronics and Fire and
Safety.
• Review and comment on submittals, including test results, method statements, materials and
alternate proposals submitted by contractors.
• Liaise with the contractor’s QA/QC Manager/Engineer for day to day quality issues.
• Co-ordinate with site team and participate in Mock-up Inspections.
• Mentor the discipline staff on any advancement of process, procedures and technical skills.
• Ensuring that all deliverable, undergo checking and verification before being released to client/sub-
consultant.
