greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ! 12.02.2020

This year we are going to celebrate 25 (26) years of partnership

between the South Bicol Conference and the Church District of
Münster.
On behalf of this occasion we would like to invite members of our
partnership conference to Münster to celebrate this anniversary on the
21th June, 2020.

For that purpose we cordially invite

an official delegation of four people
to Münster from 14th June to 27st June, 2020.

In addition we would like to invite

a group of 8 youth to Münster from 14th June to 5th July, 2020.

We suggest talks about the future of our partnership including

projects.

A committee of our district is busy to prepare the programme-

proposal, which we want to send to you and discuss with you soon.

May I ask you to send me the names of the Filippino participants of

the official delegation (incl. birthday, passport-number and address)
as soon as possible? Thank you for the names of the youth you have
sent me by your mail dated 1st February, 2020.

Looking forward to our next youthcamp and encounter which will

strengthen and enrich our partnership.
