Scope of this operation is covering activities for
transportation of steel plate material from Cilegon – KS
Warehouse – to any designed area not limited to inland
transport, sea transport and storage facility. The scope also
included any operation and cost related handling, securing
and Insurance of cargo from first transport until designed
area

 KS Production storage to Temporary Storage Area
Both location is located in Cilegon Banten with estimated
distance 6km. Inland transportation with Flat bed trailer
40FT is the most suitable option for this operation.

 Temporary Storage Area
There are few option of storage area in Cilegon area. Based
on distance and location, the nominated area are KIEC and
Watama Warehouse. Capacity of each storage area is
2,500m2. Offloading equipment is required to support the
opearation.

Nearest port from temporary storage area is Ciwandan Port.
This is a public port in Cilegon. Distance from the storage
area to the port is around 12KM.
Other option port is Cigading Port and IKKP Merak Mas Port.

 Sea Transport from Ciwandan to Tj. Perak Surabaya
Domestic vessel tramper with DWT from 5000T to 8000T is
suitable for the purpose. Option for vessel size will be
depends on readiness of material and number of purchase by
user.
The required date at user premises will also drive the vessel
size.

 Tanjung Perak Port to User Premises - Sidoarjo
Tanjung Perak Port is public port at Surabaya. The are
several port also located in Lamongan and Gresik. Based on
the final destination, Tanjung Perak is the most suitable Port
nearest to the location.
The distance from Tanjung Perak Port to Sidoarjo is around
50 – 60KM.
