PREFACE

This narrative report contains the experience’s, learnings, insight gained and some
supporting documents required for the internship program of Living Stream Academy of St.
Raphael Inc.
On the job training was a part of Senior Highschool curriculum that aims to train and orient
students about the work and their future career, and to show to the students the reality about
working. On the job training is very important not only to teach students on their chosen career
but to show the reality about working. OJT will be your training ground. If you still have no idea
about what is meant to be a worker, OJT will give you at least 10% of career realities and your
experience or OJT background is very important when applying a job. Employers often asked
about OJT experience and how it is related on the job that you are applying for.
Most students have taken their OJT for granted not realizing the importance that it can bring
on their future career.
The first part contains the introductions which includes the following;
The mission, vision of my school which is Living Stream Academy of St. Raphael Inc. and
also the goals and objectives of our school the orientation about life and restaurant staff in the
field.
The part to contains the complete record of my cooperating restaurant, the company mission
statement, objectives and store policies and rules regulations, the company history and
organizations chart.
In my third part, it contains the daily experiences and activities during staff training and my
lecture notes during my productions training.
The fourth part, is all the documents when I am a restaurant staff in my cooperating
restaurant and also some events of the store taken during my production training.
The last part is my store schedules during my production training and also the list of my
beloved co-workers, sample of my evaluation form.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
INTROODUCTION
As a student this will be a new challenge and a new experience to be a part of a real
working environment and it’s a big privilege to me for letting me joined on their
company.

Every Morning, I know’ when I wake up I have to face a new challenge in my life, that I
only know in the end of the day there was a new knowledge that I already Learned in
that day, and then plenty of days passed, I learned a lot of things to them, until the last
day
