Client Services Consultant- Creative & Marketing 
● Consulting on new process improvements in order to strengthen the efficiency of current systems and 
processes. 
● Proactively meeting with hiring managers to discover new business opportunities, qualifying 
requisitions and resolving issues. 
● Managing processes for all new contractor hires to include extending candidate offers, negotiating pay 
rates, running market rate analyses, initiating background screens, requesting provisioning, conducting 
first-day orientation, and holding office hours post-start.  
● Serve as a point of contact between staffing agencies and hiring managers; coordinate and host

Influencer Marketing Coordinator (Volunteer) 
● Collaborate with Sierra Club’s FTE to manage the influencer engagement program by helping to find 
and maintain relationships with online influential personalities (such as artists, photographers, and 
videographers) in their communities. 
● Support outreach efforts and follow-ups via email and social media channels. 
● Analyze results to assist in the development of best practices.  
● Create talking-points and campaign content for events such as Earth Day 2020.  
 
Department of Homeland Security, San Francisco, CA May 2019 - August 2019 
Trainee- U.S. Immigration & Citizenship Services 
● Triage National Fraud line tips assigned to the San Francisco office. Used office policy and guidelines to 
determine what tips should be accepted as potential fraud leads and investigated by fraud officers.  
● Confirmed individual’s participation in a large scale fraud case. Used established fraud profile to 
search multiple internal and external databases to identify fraud scheme participants.  
● Modified and repacked weekly regional reports to highlight the priorities and goals of the office. These 
reports were then distributed to all staff conducting verification of employment visa verification. 
● Worked with USCIS liaison to the FBI. Conducted system checks and file requests for USCIS known 
individuals under criminal investigation. 
● Worked on the team conducting monthly Naturalization ceremonies. Each ceremony day consisted of 
two ceremonies with approximately 1100 applicants being naturalized per ceremony.

● Provided administrative support to the Program Assistants for the Modern and Classical Languages

● Worked with SIDs to direct photographers and served as a backup photographer for each sport’s team 
photos, special basketball ads, and in-game shots.
