The undersigned Senior Asst. Prosecutor accuses BILL JOHN

SUBILLAGA of the crime of Reckless Imprudence Resulting to Serious Physical
Injuries penalized under the provision of Article 263 par (3) of the revised Penal
Code of the Philippines, committed as follows:
That on 05 April 2018 at around 4:00 in the morning in the City of Malolos,
Province of Bulacan and within the Jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the
above named accused, while under the influence of alcohol and without the
proper Driver’s License Negligently and Feloniously hit and bumped unto the
complainant with the Motorcycle he was driving as when the complainant was
walking on the road side along Paseo Del Congreso, causing the complainant to
suffer injuries such as fragmented leg bone and partially blinded left eye and was
required to rest and to have a continuous medical treatment for more than ninety
(90) days depending on the progress of his medical condition.
