Mental disorders
Mental disorders have been a major issue of concern on the healthy living of different
individuals. Mental disorders refer to a wide range of mental conditions that affect the behavior,
thinking and attitude of individuals in relation to different aspects of the society. The challenges
caused by mental health have continued to be significant across the world causing major social,
concentration, low self-esteem, poor sleep, and the feeling of guilt. Depression disorder causes
depression may also experience tiredness (World Health Organization 2017). Depression may
cause long-lasting impairments on people. At the most severe circumstances, it may lead to
suicide.
Diagnoses programs have been initiated by the various medical institution to treat
medium and intense levels of depression. This is through psychosocial ways to reduce depression
among children and adult people in society. Depression is often caused by physical and social
challenges in the society. Physical, social and sexual abuse are the major causes of depression in
