with a firm, creates a room for economies of scale and faster communication chains within an
organization. Considering recruitment for example, a centralized staffing lowers the recruitment
cost through having a number of specific employee’s rather than many department heads
spending the resources of the firm on the same process. The requirements in staff recruitment
should be effectively set. The managers are also freed from some responsibilities. The
communication channels between the staff and a management are effective therefore limited time
will be used in problem solve. Centralized staffing also promotes some cultures, policies and
ethics within an organization. Preliminary adoption of centralized staffing will aid in social and
economic dimension within a company.
Therefore in order to facilitatae centralised staffing new process must be adopted to reduce the
rate of job turnovers within the firm as well as improving the productivity of the staff. The new
process of improving effectiveness will improve the market competitiveness of the employees.
This philosophy advices retaining of the valueable employees within the firm and offrering of
trainuing and development programs to the staff. This improves the sense of loyalty and
