Group names: kritt, Jongha Owen Anthony

Scenario: You have a Youtube channel that focuses on engineering and you need to make a Rube Goldberg
Machine boost your subscribers. You’re a goal as a YOUTUBER is to make a Rube Goldberg machine that is as
interesting as possible. You will then make a video that is suitable for your Youtube channel and could go viral,
therefore increasing the number of subscribers to your channel.

GRASP

SOI: Global systems can experience revolutions as a result of innovations.

Task Description
GOAL To create an interesting Rube Goldberg machine that you can feature in a video.

ROLE Your group will engineer, build, and record the machine.

AUDIENCE Your client is the average Youtube viewer for your channel.

SITUATION You need to make a creative machine that will get a lot of views.

PRODUCT 1. A completed Rube Goldberg machine that can be assembled in the Design classroom.
2. A Youtube video that could be uploaded.
3. Completed Design Journal

STANDARDS You will be assessed against MYP Design Criteria A - D.
