Mechanics:

· Double-Up Treat is open to all ACTIVE employees of Teleperformance who has successfully referred an agent to our Verizon English Conferencing account.

· The hired agent referrals must successfully pass the 5-week training period for Ayala’s Verizon Account.

· For every hired agent referral, the referring employee is entitled to DOUBLE the regular agent referral bonus -- for a total of PHP30,000.

o PHP 15,000 Verizon incentive + PHP 15,000 regular agent referral bonus

o Hired agent referral must complete the tenure as stated in the ERP policy

· If the referred agent cease to be part of Verizon, the payout will NOT be released.

· Should disputes arise during the execution of the promo, the decision of the VP for Operations and Teleperformance Philippines Managing Director is final and binding.

Referral Qualifications are as follows:

· At least 18 years of age

· Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status

· Good communication and computer navigation skills

1. Have your referrals walk-in at Teleperformance Ayala Site, open from Mondays to Saturdays 10AM-7PM
2. Provide the recruitment team your COMPLETE NAME and IDENT NUMBER so they can declare you as their referrer source

Validity of Referred Candidates

B.1 The following shall be considered as invalid Referred Candidates: - 120th day from Agent’s hire date
PHP10K - 180th day from Agent’s hire date
B.1.1 A separated employee who has been re-hired after the lapse of the 30-day window of the employee’s separation from service. When a Referrer and/or a Referred Candidate is separated from service and is re-hired within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of separation, the Referral shall be considered as valid.

B.1.2 Walk-ins: An employee shall not be allowed to recruit walk-ins as Referred Candidates in any of the company’s Recruitment Centers or recruitment events. Solicitation of walk-ins as Referred Candidates in any Teleperformance sites, Recruitment Centers, and/or recruitment events shall be considered as fraudulent acts and shall be subject to the appropriate corrective action.

B.1.3 Applicants who applied through any of the company’s online sources.

B.1.4 Applicants who applied in any company job fairs or off-site recruiting events.

B.1.5 Applicants who were endorsed by any of the company’s accredited recruitment and employment agencies and headhunters.

B.1.6 Former On-the-Job Trainees (OJT) or students who have participated in the company’s OJT program.

B.2 Sourcing of Referred Candidates through mass media, including, but not limited to, social media and print advertisements, shall be considered as valid, provided that:

B.2.1 The Referred Candidate was not sourced by the Referrer inside or within the proximity of the company’s premises, Recruitment Centers, and/or company-sponsored job fairs.

B.2.2 The Referred Candidate was not sourced by contacting individuals who posted inquiries or messages in the company’s online or social media platforms.

B.2.3 The sourcing does not compromise any confidential or trademarked information belonging to the company and does not violate the company’s Code of Conduct, Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement (NDA), and Social Media Policy.

B.2.4 The sourcing message, medium, or activity does not violate the company’s image or brand standards. Any sourcing using mass media channels shall require the prior written approval of the Director of Communications and Marketing and/or the SVP for Human Capital Resource Management (SVP-HCRM).
