INFORMATION

The undersigned accuses JULIO QUIETA of the crime of murder, defined and
penalized under Art. 248 of the Revised Penal Code, committed as follows:

That on or about the 10th day of December, 2018, in Brgy. Bugsok, Sierra
Bullones, Bohol, and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the said accused,
with treachery, did then and there willfully, unlawfully and feloniously attack, assault and
hack his co-farmer Macario Rosales, with a bolo, while the latter was attending to his rice
field insuring futility of defense and/or any risk to himself, inflicting upon said co-farmer
fatal wounds at the upper back, left shoulder and front neck area which caused the direct
death of said Macario Rosales.
